Food & Beverage Duty Manager
in
South Dublin.
What You'll Do
Act as the main point of contact for guests, delivering a warm and professional experience
Oversee all F&B operations and staff on duty
Handle guest queries and resolve complaints efficiently
Supervise service across restaurants, bars, and front-of-house areas
Manage staffing levels in line with business needs and labour budgets
Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high standards
Ensure SOPs, service standards, and presentation are consistently followed
Monitor stock, cash handling, and operational procedures
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
Record and report incidents, ensuring proper follow-up
What You'll Need
Experience in Food & Beverage or hotel operations
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Good understanding of stock control, labour management, and SOPs
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
