Role Description
Lawler Consulting is seeking a Senior Building Services Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Kilkenny. The role involves designing and managing building services systems, maintaining and troubleshooting facility systems, and ensuring efficient implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) requirements. The engineer will play a critical role in project management and liaising with clients to deliver sustainable and high-quality solutions tailored to various construction sectors.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Building Services and Building Maintenance practices
* Strong expertise in Facility Management (FM) and systems operations
* Proven experience in Electrical Engineering, including system design and troubleshooting
* Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design and coordination
* Excellent project management and organizational skills
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with clients and teams
* Relevant academic qualifications in Engineering or a related field
* Experience in sustainable and low carbon building solutions preferred
