Medforce are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSenior Occupational Therapistto join our client's Adult Disability team based in Navan, County Meath.The role is primarily based in Navan, with outreach across the wider service area as required. The Senior OT will provide specialist OT input to clients withphysical, sensory, and intellectual disabilities,working as part of a multidisciplinary team.The service promotes a person-centred, strengths-based approach and supports individuals to reach their full potential in daily life. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to adults with diverse and complex needs. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans in collaboration with service users, families, and the multidisciplinary team. Provide clinical supervision and support to Basic Grade OTs and contribute to student placements. Participate in service planning, quality improvement initiatives, and audit. Contribute to the development of local policies, procedures, and care pathways. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with professional standards. Liaise effectively with community, residential, and day service providers to ensure coordinated care. Essential Criteria: A recognised qualification in Occupational TherapyandCORU registration. 3 years post-qualification experience, with at leasttwo years in adult disability or a closely related area. Demonstrated ability to manage a complex caseload and work autonomously. A full, clean driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.
