Job Summary:The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods efficiently and safely. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely order fulfilment, and compliance with company and safety standards.Key Duties & Responsibilities:1. Receiving & InspectionUnload incoming shipments and verify goods against delivery notes or purchase orders.Inspect items for damage or discrepancies and report issues to the supervisor.2. Inventory ManagementLabel, store, and organize inventory according to company systems.Conduct regular stock counts and update inventory records.3. Order Picking & PackingPick, pack, and prepare customer or internal orders for dispatch.Ensure orders are complete, correctly labelled, and securely packaged.100% satisfaction with work carried out.Ability to work in a busy working environment.4. Shipping & DispatchAssist in loading and unloading trucks or delivery vehicles.Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers or couriers.5. Housekeeping & SafetyKeep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.Follow all safety regulations and use equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet trucks) correctly.Report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or incidents promptly.Skills & Qualifications:Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control role preferred.Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.Good organizational, teamwork, and communication skills.Following in house training and configuration of coffee machines/servicing coffee machines in house .Working Conditions:Physically active role involving standing, bending, and lifting.Job Type: Full-timePay: €31,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:Dublin, CO.
