AI Annotator - Language Model Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an AI Annotator. This role involves working with large language models, leveraging your ability with Polish and English comprehension, and domain knowledge in the rapidly growing field of generative LLM.
About the Role
As an Annotator, you will be responsible for creating, assessing, and refining pairs of questions and answers to improve a large language model. You will generate realistic questions that someone might ask the LLM in a real-life context, and provide the best possible answer. This task will involve reviewing a set of guidelines, creating sample prompts, and responses in your area of expertise.
* Annotate Polish and English data accurately and consistently, and in accordance with predefined annotation guidelines.
* Evaluate the quality of existing data resources, as well as the output of machine learning classifiers and internal tools.
* Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation and organization.
* Perform basic research as needed to annotate accurately.
* Provide insights regarding observed patterns in the annotated data.
* Process sensitive text-based content.
Essential Competencies
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* High Proficiency in Polish and English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR.
* Education background: Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or higher, equivalent to the Irish National Framework of Qualifications Level 7/8.
* Understanding common social norms (social dynamics, social media, popular culture).
Candidate Experience
We are looking for individuals who have experience in:
* Referencing online resources, rephrasing, and writing cohesive, accurate, responsive, and sometimes empathetic answers to prompts in the perspective of a LLM.
* Asking and/or answering specialized domain free-form prompts at university-level difficulty.
* Data and trend analysis, and insights.
* Developing and implementing a range of initiatives.
* A strong performance ethos and personal commitment to achieving outstanding customer performance.
Work Environment
This position will be based onsite in Sandyford, Dublin 18.
