The postholder will be a Doctoral-level Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, accredited/chartered by the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) or HCPC, with substantial clinical and leadership experience in adult, child, and/or young people's mental health serv

Doctoral-level qualification in Clinical or Counselling Ps
- ychology.PSI accredited/chartered and registered with BPS
- or HCPC.Substantial post-qualification experience, including at Senior Psychologist level or equivalent in the
- HSE/NHS.Demonstrated leadership in adult, children, or young people's mental health
- services.Proven track record of delivering high-quality clinical governance, risk management, and safe
- guarding.Experience of supervising clinical and counselling psych
- ologists.Evidence of service leadership with a focus on evaluation, outcomes, and continuous imp
- rovement.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience of delivering webinars, events, and customer-facing en
- gagement.Strong interpersonal and relationship managemen
