Senior Elasticsearch Performance Engineer
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to join our high-performance team. This role involves architecting and developing automated tooling for benchmarking Elasticsearch ingest and search workloads at scale in the cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and build tooling and automated processes for provisioning and execution of Elasticsearch performance benchmarking jobs at scale
* Maintain an open-source Python-based benchmarking tool, Rally, and provide expertise on best practices within the team regarding Python-based tooling

1. Prior experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of performance issues in complex distributed systems
2. Familiarity with large-scale distributed search engines is highly valued
