Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various operational activities in a part-time, remote role. This involves coordinating with associates and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Main Responsibilities
* Schedule operations such as audits, consulting, training events, and meetings.
* Communicate with associates on operational matters.
* Collaborate with clients on operational and assignment scheduling issues.
* Arrange meetings between clients and associates.
* Monitor operational activities using Client Assignment Trackers.
* Prepare Assignment Scope of Work (SOW) documents.
* Support the Financial Controller.
* Contribute to Business Development efforts.
Essential Skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience with cloud-based platforms, specifically Smartsheet.
* Familiarity with email platforms.
* Proficiency in video conferencing tools (MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
