Job Description
This hotel is seeking a Revenue Manager to oversee their revenue management strategy and lead the Reservations department.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Revenue Manager in a quality hotel with a proven track record of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities include:
1. Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy
2. Manage day-to-day yield operations
3. Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends
4. Assist with maintenance of a rolling demand calendar
5. Weekly forecasts, monthly performance analysis, and reporting
6. Manage and oversee strategy for all third-party distribution
7. Ensure systems are configured correctly, validated, and working to full capacity
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong financial acumen, solid budgeting and forecasting experience, and excellent systems knowledge, particularly Opera Cloud PMS.
