Site Operations Manager
Key responsibilities for the role include managing day-to-day site operations, supervising civil crews and subcontractors, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on schedule, and in line with project specifications and quality standards.
* Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver projects successfully.
* Conduct site inductions, briefings, and provide toolbox talks in accordance with HSEQ procedures.
* Manage site logistics efficiently, including material and plant requirements, while maintaining accurate daily records.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of excavation, ducting, reinstatement, and general civils works, be able to read and interpret site drawings, and possess the ability to lead teams and manage site activities independently. A full clean driving license is required.
