Job Title: HR Business Partner – Change & TransformationLocation: Dublin 2 (Hybrid) Contract: Until January 2027Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HR professional at HRBP level or above to join a HR team in a large complex organisation, supporting key organisational change projects. The role will focus on delivering high-quality HR support during restructures, organisational reviews, and change initiatives. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role requiring a broad HR skillset, strong employment law knowledge, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support HR change projects, including restructures and organisational reviews.Partner with line managers to deliver practical HR solutions during change initiatives.Provide expert guidance on employment law and employee relations.Draft and manage formal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting decision-making and project delivery.Ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes across the organisation.Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.HRBP level experience or above, within the public sector environment.Strong experience in managing organisational change, restructures, and workforce reviews.Solid knowledge of employment law and employee relation practices.Proven ability to support line managers and senior leaders during sensitive HR matters.Highly detailed, meticulous, and process-oriented, with strong documentation skills.Comfortable working independently, handling contentious or complex employee matters.Confident, proactive, and solutions-focused.Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence and build credibility with a range of stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment while maintaining visibility and impact.Please contact Leonie Gleeson l.gleeson@brightwater.ie for a confidential discussion
