Main Duties Carry out cutting, TIG welding, and tack welding of stainless-steel hygiene pipework.
Fabricate, modify, and assemble stainless steel (s/s) frames, including welding of bracketry and cable containment.
Install and fit pipework and components to skid units.
Fit and cement ABS/PVC pipework as required.
Operate, program, and troubleshoot orbital welding machines for hygiene pipework (training provided - not essential).
Inspect and resolve issues related to weld quality or machine problems.
Work on fabrication tasks and assist with other duties as required.
Occasionally travel to customer sites across Ireland, the UK, or EU for troubleshooting and installations.
Experience Required 1-2 years' relevant experience or completion of a craft certificate.
Previous experience in TIG welding and/or mechanical fitting preferred.
Skills & Requirements Good spoken and written English.
Must complete TIG Welding & Mechanical Fitter tests during the interview process.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility with duties and willingness to travel when required.
