This position offers broad exposure across corporate tax, indirect tax, and project‑based tax matters within a complex, multi‑entity environment.

Key Responsibilities
Ownership of all corporate tax compliance obligations across the group
Manage relationships with external tax advisors and Revenue
Provide tax support on large‑scale construction and infrastructure projects, including contract structuring and risk assessment
Oversee VAT compliance, including partial exemption, RCT, and cross‑border VAT issues
Support tax aspects of tenders, bids, joint ventures, and acquisitions
Identify tax efficiencies while ensuring strong governance and compliance
Lead Revenue audits, queries, and correspondence
Monitor Irish and international tax developments and assess business impact
Provide tax advice to senior finance and commercial stakeholders
Candidate Profile
Qualified tax professional (CTA essential; ACA / ACCA an advantage)
4+ years' tax experience, ideally from practice with industry exposure or a similar in‑house role
Strong knowledge of Irish corporate tax and VAT, ideally within construction, engineering, or project‑based sectors
Experience dealing with Revenue and external advisors
Commercial mindset with the ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, operational environment
