As the nominated CAM Postholder, you will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations while maintaining oversight of three busy hangars and delivering safe, efficient turnaround of aircraft to support a high-volume flight training operation.

* Act as the primary liaison with the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA), other regulatory bodies, and survey department clients.
* Ensure full regulatory compliance and adherence to company standards.
* Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve high levels of accountability, performance, and professional growth.
* Support internal audits, external regulatory audits and customer audits
* Represent the Engineering Department at senior management level both internally and externally, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
* Demonstrate flexibility to meet programme deadlines, including completing tasks outside normal working hours.
