We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join our team. This is a friendly, positive environment where we encourage team work & creativity.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Must have relevant qualifications for this job
* Must have minimum 2 years of experience.
* Recent previous experience as a Senior Chef / Jnr Sous Chef in a (4) * Restaurant/ Hotel
* Extensive knowledge of kitchen management
* Thorough knowledge of good food handling, food standards and presentation.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal skills
* Must be passionate about food/ presentation
* Adherence to Food Safety and HACCP procedures
* Honest, reliable and hardworking
* Able to work as part of a team
