Job Description
Service Duties:
* Deliver “Service Excellence” and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
* Travel nationwide to customer sites to perform work according to approved methods and monitor Health & Safety compliance.
* Collaborate with the Field Service Manager, providing feedback on team performance and site issues.
* Manage and review engineers' timesheets for accuracy and compliance.
* Verify overtime calculations before processing payments.
* Monitor the service team's working hours to ensure legislative compliance.
* Complete reports in line with customer and company requirements.
* Manage the on-call rota.
* Ensure team compliance with all aspects of the Company Safety Policy.
* Prepare documentation for engineers’ site visits, including training and inductions.
* Participate in weekly service team meetings.
* Attend training to maintain knowledge of company equipment and applications.
Health & Safety
* Adhere to safety and health regulations, company policies, and ISO quality procedures, including risk assessments.
* Participate in site inductions and follow site rules.
* Represent the company professionally on-site, wearing branded clothing and PPE.
Ad Hoc Duties
* May require overseas travel for business or training.
* Perform any other duties as required.
Qualifications
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience in a supervisory or related role.
* Proven leadership skills.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
