Position Description:
The Regulatory Reporting & Financial Reporting Senior Analyst will assist in preparing various Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) Regulatory reports and financial statements. These include MMIFs, Monthly NAV return, Quarterly SPV returns, and Quarterly Non-Irish Return. The role also involves supporting the Financial Reporting team with other departmental functions.
What you'll do:
* Prepare timely and accurate monthly and quarterly CBI Regulatory Reports and Filings.
* Act as the main contact with CBI and serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
* Respond to queries from CBI within set deadlines.
* Maintain and update regulatory reporting procedures.
* Assist in preparing Annual, Interim, and Quarterly Financial Statements.
* Coordinate and assist with audits and audit requirements.
* Respond to client and auditor queries within deadlines.
* Maintain a Central Library of all audited Financial Statements.
* Collaborate with Financial Reporting team members to meet deadlines.
* Train, coach, and mentor team members where appropriate.
* Ensure all duties are performed in line with the company's Health and Safety policies.
* Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
What you bring to the table:
* 18 months - 2 years of funds or audit experience.
* Finance-related Degree or part-qualified Accountant.
* Experience in preparing regulatory returns.
* Knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP and International GAAP.
* Experience in account preparation in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Fluency in English (verbal and written).
* Knowledge of Advent Geneva and Sungard InvestOne systems.
