You will bridge the gap between in-person visits and digital play, using unified data to create a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
The Impact You'll Have Omni-Channel Strategy: Develop and execute lifecycle journeys that follow the customer from the venue floor to their online accounts.
CRM Ownership: Manage end-to-end automated campaigns, focusing on smart segmentation and real-time triggers rather than generic messaging.
Operational Partnership: Work closely with on-site venue managers to ensure promotions are delivered effectively at the local level Data-Led Decisions: Use control groups and incrementality testing to prove what drives growth, scaling successful initiatives and cutting what doesn't work.
Who You Are The "Doer": You have a track record of personally building and launching campaigns within CRM tools, not just overseeing them.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in iGaming (Retail or Online) is a significant advantage, though we welcome experts from Fintech, E-commerce, or subscription-led backgrounds.
Communication Pro: You are comfortable presenting ideas to directors while also collaborating with technical teams and site staff.
Critical Thinker: You possess the judgment to critique customer journeys and creative assets to ensure they meet high standards.
