We are working with an esteemed international law firm who are seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to join their Finance & Capital Markets team within their Dublin office.The RoleThe successful candidate will join an award-winning Structured Finance & Securitisation practice, maintaining and updating the firm’s precedents to ensure a high quality of service to clients. The candidate’s duties will include dealing with complex legal queries from fee earners, identifying potential opportunities for efficiencies, and monitoring legal, regulatory and market developments relevant to the firm’s Finance department and clients.The candidate will play a key role in leading end-to-end delivery of knowledge initiatives, ensuring projects are executed and embedded effectively across the team.
