Role Overview: Reporting to the Claims Manager, the role requires providing comprehensive Claims administration assistance to the Claims teams. This includes processing client communication, daily reporting, liaising with Medical Professionals, and adhering to company policies and regulations. The role aims to deliver high standards in administering group risk schemes, supporting customer retention, and achieving KPIs through excellent service throughout the product lifecycle.
Primary Objectives: Support the business in meeting KPIs by delivering excellent Claims administration, managing all claims tasks efficiently, and applying best practices to meet competency and qualification standards in a busy Group Risk environment under MCC guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationships: Maintain effective broker relations and provide prompt, accurate responses to customers.
2. Internal & External Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external service providers, and partners such as Utmost Group companies, GEB, Reinsurers, and others to ensure smooth claim management operations.
3. Customer Service: Ensure adherence to service levels for both internal and external stakeholders.
4. Claims Administration & Management: Deliver efficient and high-quality claims administration, resolve client queries promptly, adhere to reinsurer guidelines, maintain claim databases, request medical information, approve invoices, and provide regular updates to relevant departments.
5. Quality Control: Follow process controls to maintain high standards, streamline operations, ensure data accuracy, identify trends, and propose improvements. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations such as GDPR and CPC.
