Main Responsibilities:
* Payroll Management: Manage payroll data for employees, including weekly payroll processing, statutory deductions, and compliance with regulations.
* Financial Administration: Process employee terminations, calculate final pay, and ensure accurate payment of entitlements.
* Office Operations: Track employee annual leave balances and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
* Accounting Experience: Proven experience in payroll processing, financial administration, and accounting software.
* Statutory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and statutory deductions.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and use of accounting and payroll software.
* Accuracy and Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines.
