Key Responsibilities:
* Support adults in achieving their goals and aspirations, promoting independent living and community integration.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring each individual receives tailored support.
* Maintain strong relationships with service users and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, maintaining accurate records and evaluating the effectiveness of our services.
Requirements:
* Possess a minimum Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework or equivalent in Health or Social Care.
* Demonstrate at least one year's experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* Exhibit a strong working knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults.
* Able to contribute to the development and implementation of plans and methods to meet ongoing individual needs.
* Display effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
