Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in the company's business planning and financial reporting processes.
Working as part of a small team which reports directly to the CFO, this role will provide the successful candidate with exposure to a broad range of Finance processes, including the development of the annual business plan and production of the annual financial reporting.
The role will also provide the opportunity to interact with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities Support the annual financial planning and cyclical forecasting processes, including preparation of cost budgets in conjunction with key senior stakeholdersResponsible for monitoring of, and accurate reporting on, the cost base of the business to ensure that expenditure is appropriate and in line with budgetsKey role in the annual reporting processes including the preparation of financial statements and SFCR and supporting the external audit process.Support the performance reporting for the business including the production of management information for use within the Finance team, by senior management and at Group levelInterpret financial information and deliver insightful analysisSupport and engage in ad hoc projects as required e.g., new system implementations, business cases, new products etc.
