Main Responsibilities:
* Installphotovoltaic (PV) solarpanel systems on farms / rural areas
* Assembleand mount panels, racking, and other structural components
* Ensuresystems are installed to industry standards and manufacturerspecifications
* Worksafely at heights and follow all relevant health and safety regulations
* Collaboratewith electricians and other team members during installation
* Maintaintools and equipment in proper working condition
* Assistwith site preparation and clean-up
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Basicunderstanding of electrical or mechanical systems
* Comfortableworking at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
* ValidSafe Pass and Manual Handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred Skills:
* Previousexperience with solar panel installation or renewable energy systems
* Strongattention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Abilityto work independently and as part of a team
* Goodcommunication and time management skills
