Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Data Specialist to join our global team. As a native Ukrainian speaker, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing client terms of use, and gathering and analysing data to improve the user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve reported issues via ticketing system
* Enforce client Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse
* Become knowledgeable about client's products and community standards
* Use market specific knowledge to find scalable solutions to improve support
* Gather, analyse and utilise relevant data to develop ways to improve user experience
* Recognise trends and patterns and escalate issues outside company policy
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
