The 4 Star 99 bedroom Park House Hotel, located in the centre of Galway city, are looking to fill the role of Accommodation Manager.
Responsibilities include:
* Day to day management of the housekeeping team to ensure ongoing high standards and customer satisfaction is maintained
* Oversee daily operations including delegation of work for the team, bedroom inspections and public area checks
* Liaise and communicate effectively with Front Desk, Management and Maintenance and handle and resolve issues relating to the department
* Rostering and recruitment of housekeeping team
* Monitoring stock levels, checking deliveries are in order, planning and ordering of stock for the department
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience as an Accommodation Manager or Assistant Manager in a 4/ 5 Star Hotel
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and genuine commitment to maintain the high standards of the Park House Hotel
* Strong leadership and time management skills, ability to work as part of a team and motivate colleagues
* Good communication skills, respectful to others and genuine, honest and truthful character
