The Role
1. Lead and champion all food service operations across the campus
* Evaluate existing menus for opportunities for improvement
-Ensure full compliance with food safety quality & regulatory standards, including audits inspections -Develop site-specific services aligned with customer expectations-Drive continuous improvement by measuring performance implementing best practices.
