Junior Quantity Surveyor -Donabate

Role responsibilities:
* Procuring subcontractors and materials, including issuing and agreeing tender/specialist packages.
* Monitoring project costs and managing variations with the Contracts Manager/Senior QS.
* Completing take-offs and handling contract administration.
* Managing material approvals.
* Preparing monthly cost reports and payment claim applications.
Requirements:
* A Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
* At least 2 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on medium to large-scale projects (Civil, Residential, Commercial, or Groundworks).
* Strong teamwork abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
* Proficiency in computer applications, with advanced skills in Excel.
* A full, valid driving licence.
