Project Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator role in our team.
* Coordinate and monitor construction programme, drawings, specifications and work requirements.
* Update project programme, drawings and documents as needed.
* Report to and support the Contracts Manager and projects director to ensure that projects are carried out on time and to a high standard.
About the Role
This is a challenging opportunity to coordinate and manage the delivery of light industrial and commercial developments. You will be responsible for ensuring the project runs smoothly, staying on track, and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate site staff and subcontractors and manage weekly progress meetings, workshops, and plan actions.
* Manage the procurement of materials and ensure budgets are adhered to.
* Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate with site personnel to ensure accurate and timely information.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Construction Management or similar (third-level qualification).
* A minimum of 5 years' experience managing commercial and industrial developments.
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
