Job Summary:
This position involves providing expert technical support and maintenance to various systems, applications, and infrastructure.
* Responsible for delivering high-quality IT services via multiple channels including phone, email, and ticketing system.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, operating systems, and applications issues in a timely manner.
* Ensure secure access to critical systems, trading platforms, and financial applications.
* Manage user accounts in Active Directory, Exchange, and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless integration and data security.
* Elevate unresolved issues to technical teams according to strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines.
* Keep meticulous records of all support requests, solutions, and escalation actions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth software installations, updates, and patch management.
* Maintain the highest standards of IT security and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 5-7 years of experience in an IT Service Desk or IT Support Engineer role.
* Deep knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory.
* Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management tools is highly desirable.
* Proven track record of troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
* Excellent understanding of security best practices in regulated industries.
* Superior communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Requirements:
