About the Role
We are recruiting for experienced and talented Utilities Engineers to join our team - we pay very competitive rates and ensure that our staff are well supported and onboarded to all our projects. We are currently working with a client on a project, and we have 2 Utilities Engineer roles available.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the commissioning and qualification activities for clean utility systems, including purified water systems, WFI (Water for Injection), clean steam generators, and other critical utilities.
* Develop and execute comprehensive commissioning protocols, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate clean utility systems seamlessly into facility operations.
* Develop and implement validation plans, protocols, and reports for clean utility systems to meet regulatory requirements.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure ongoing compliance.
* Perform periodic reviews and audits to verify the continued validation status of clean utility systems.
* Identify and resolve issues related to clean utility systems through thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
* Implement optimization strategies to enhance the efficiency and performance of clean utilities while maintaining compliance.
* Prepare and review documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), validation reports, and other relevant documentation.
* Ensure all documentation is maintained in compliance with cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in Clean Utilities Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
* In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including cGMP, FDA, and other relevant standards.
Required Skills
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Proven ability to work independently and make informed decisions to support clean utility operations.
Pay range and compensation package
* Competitive hourly rate.
* 1 Year contract based in Tralee, Co Kerry.
* On site role only, remote or hybrid are not possible.
* Immediate start preferred
* Must already have the right to work in Ireland.
