We are seeking an experienced
Workforce Planning and Resouce Analyst
to support high-quality service delivery through effective workforce planning, scheduling, and operational reporting. In this role, you will work closely with Service Delivery and Clinical teams to ensure capacity is optimised, risks are identified early, and client commitments are met consistently.
This is a data-driven, operational role with a strong focus on forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement, alongside leadership responsibility within a distributed team environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Manage workforce planning and scheduling across multiple client accounts.
2. Ensure resource plans are forecast up to three months in advance to identify capacity gaps and risks.
3. Monitor utilisation, demand, and performance, escalating issues where required.
4. Produce accurate, timely operational and workforce reports with clear insights and recommendations.
5. Support service delivery teams with data for client onboarding, escalations, and planning.
6. Identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience required:
1. 5+ years' experience in workforce planning, resource management, operations, or service delivery.
2. Strong experience in scheduling, forecasting, and capacity management.
3. Advanced analytical and reporting skills with a strong attention to detail.
4. Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics.
5. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
6. Comfortable working in a remote or distributed team environment.
