This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the green energy revolution, with full training and support provided.Role Overview:We are seeking self-motivated, professional salespeople to help us grow our client base by capturing and converting inbound leads, as well as generating new opportunities. This field-based role is best suited to individuals with a passion for sustainability and a track record in sales success.Key Responsibilities:Conduct home visits (from qualified leads or self-generated), with availability during business hours, evenings, and weekends as needed.Survey residential and commercial properties to identify and propose suitable solar PV and battery storage solutions.Analyze energy usage and electricity bills to size and design appropriate systems (with support during training).Deliver compelling proposals and close sales in a consultative, customer-focused manner.Liaise with our Project Manager and installation teams to ensure successful project handovers and seamless execution.Candidate Profile:Energetic, personable, and honest with a high degree of self-motivation.Excellent communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging way.Passionate about renewable energy and helping customers reduce their carbon footprint.Target-driven and eager to contribute to company growth and brand awareness.Required Experience & Skills:Minimum 3 years in B2C sales, ideally involving in-home consultations.Experience selling technical or energy-related products.Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel & Word).Comfortable interpreting electricity bills and proposing tailored energy solutions.Full driving licence required.Desirable Qualifications:Graduate-level education (preferably with a technical background).Formal sales training or certification.What We Offer:Competitive base salary + uncapped commissionCompany vehicle (fully expensed)Laptop and phone providedComprehensive training and ongoing supportFlexible working hoursOpportunity to make a real impact in the renewable energy spaceJoin FES and be part of a company that values people, purpose, and planet.
