* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account management, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
* Ability to communicate fluently in one of the Nordics languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) and English to support client relationship management in this region.


Preferred qualifications:

* Experience collaborating with cross-functional international teams and managing stakeholders (internal and external).
* Experience managing and customizing records for a customer base.
* Experience in new business sales and business analysis.
* Ability to work independently, lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with strategic thinking to develop business recommendations, action plans, and internal process improvements.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors focused on customer success, serving small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Responsibilities

* Manage and develop trusted relationships with clients to help achieve their business goals.
* Consistently contribute to team performance and meet quarterly sales targets.
* Create tailored pitches for clients, identify ways to improve relationships, share performance insights, and promote Google products.
* Analyze data to produce insights and deliver strategic and tactical recommendations.
* Implement sales strategies for specific markets and customers in collaboration with internal teams.
