In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business while also growing existing accounts. This is a hands-on, full sales cycle position, where you will take a consultative approach to selling Archer's recruitment services to C-suite executives and key decision-makers across global pharmaceutical, medical device, and financial services clients.

What You'll Do
* Manage the
entire sales cycle
* from first outreach to long-term client success.

What We're Looking For
* 3+ years post-graduation experience, with at least 6 months -1 year in
B2B or consultative sales

* Proven success in lead generation, client engagement, or early-stage deal work.
* A driven, ambitious individual eager to take full control of closing and account ownership.
* EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa
is required.
