Tirlán is offering a unique opportunity for a graduate to join our Milk Supply Team.
This role will be a combination of being based in our collaboration hub in Abbey Quarter, and periods of travel throughout the Tirlán catchment area Responsibilities You'll gain experience across the Milk Supply Function to include managing on farm milk quality and compliance to regulations, milk supplier account management, while pursuing a career in a challenging and fast-moving environment.
You will work closely with the Milk Supply Manager team, gaining experience in terms of one to one farmer engagement and problem solving
You will advance your technical experience while collaborating on project work with the wider Tirlán functions including Agribusiness, Transport and Q&C
You will develop areas ranging from on-farm interactions, technical knowledge of the dairy industry and project management.
Maintaining compliance documentation will form part of the role and you will have the opportunity to own and improve processes with the support of the Regional Manager Requirements High academic record to date in the following fields of study: Agricultural Science, Agribusiness or related discipline; and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree
