This senior role will take responsibility for a marquee institutional client - one of the largest and most strategically important relationships in the global group.The OpportunityYou'll act as the primary point of contact for a high-profile client with complex, multi-jurisdictional fund structures. This is a highly visible position, partnering closely with senior stakeholders both locally and internationally to ensure first-class service delivery, operational excellence, and continuous relationship development.The role offers significant influence, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to shape the long-term success of a flagship client account.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop a key strategic client relationship, serving as the central point of contact for all service-related queries and coordination.Lead client review meetings and board presentations, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.Work closely with internal teams across Fund Accounting, Custody, Depositary, Transfer Agency and Financial Reporting to deliver seamless service.Support new product launches, fund events, and changes in service scope for a large and evolving client portfolio.Maintain oversight of client documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.Advise clients on service enhancements, regulatory developments, and operational improvements.Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen service delivery and deepen the client partnership.Contribute to local and group-level initiatives, representing the needs and expectations of a marquee client.Build strong working relationships with colleagues across global offices to support end-to-end service delivery.Skills & Experience Required5+ years' experience in client relationship management within the funds industry.Proven track record managing complex or high-value institutional clients.Confidence and experience presenting at senior-level meetings and boards.Strong understanding of core fund administration functions such as Fund Accounting, Custody, Depositary, Transfer Agency and/or Financial Reporting.Solid knowledge of Irish and European regulatory frameworks.Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Relevant third-level qualification.French language skills an advantage.Personal AttributesExcellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong commercial awareness and ability to build long-term strategic partnerships.Highly organised, solutions-orientated and proactive.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Professional, calm under pressure, and comfortable navigating complex client environments.
