Our showroom is the heart of our operations, where relationships are built, collections are showcased, and deals are made.We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced Showroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fashion showroom and help drive the growth of our business.⸻Key Responsibilities: Showroom Operations: Oversee daily operations of the showroom ensuring it is well-organized, clean, and customer-ready at all times. Sales & Client Management: Manage wholesale clients, provide excellent customer service, and develop strong long-term relationships with buyers. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate showroom staff, ensuring a professional and high-performance working environment. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage incoming deliveries, and ensure accurate inventory records. Visual Merchandising: Maintain visual standards in the showroom to reflect the brand's identity and appeal to clients. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with current fashion trends and collections to effectively present and sell to clients. Order Processing: Assist clients with orders, ensure accurate invoicing, and coordinate with the back office for smooth order fulfillment. Reporting: Track sales performance, customer feedback, and prepare regular reports for management.⸻Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in the ladies fashion industry (preferably in wholesale or retail management). Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and market demands. Excellent sales and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and team management experience. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems. Ability to work flexible hours when required (e.g., during buying seasons or trade shows).⸻Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a fashion wholesale environment.
