The ideal candidate will have previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role. They will be confident stepping into a leadership position, possess strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

 * SUPPORT THE MANAGEMENT TEAM WITH OVERALL SHOP OPERATIONS

 * COACH AND MENTOR TEAM MEMBERS TO UNLOCK THEIR FULL POTENTIAL
 * ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH LICENSING LAWS, HEALTH & SAFETY, AND COMPANY POLICIES
 * TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR OPENING/CLOSING, SECURITY, AND CASH HANDLING WHEN IN CHARGE
