Join Synergy Recruitment Partners as a Utility Maintenance Planner and take on a challenging role that will utilize your skills in maintenance planning, execution, and administration of utility and process equipment.
About the Role
This opportunity is based at a site in North Dublin and involves working with various utilities systems, including HVAC, steam, compressed air, instrumentation, utilities, and liquid-handling equipment. As a Utility Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating maintenance planning and scheduling within the utilities area to ensure compliance with maintenance and calibration intervals.
* Setting priorities, allocating resources, and planning necessary preparatory work using the site CMMS system.
* Optimally planning all maintenance activities in close coordination with the Maintenance and Calibration Lead and the Utility Operations Lead.
* Developing and planning maintenance programs in accordance with cGMP regulations, applicable safety considerations, WI's, and SOPs.
Your key responsibilities will also include:
* Analyzing root causes of unplanned maintenance work and ensuring feedback/comments are recorded where appropriate.
* Coordinating preparation of RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) to support the weekly planning process.
* Maintaining reports and inspections to satisfy cGMP, Statutory, Environmental, and Safety requirements.
* Monitoring, checking, and tracking performance, managing maintenance backlog, and assisting with Work Completion.
* Liaising with Engineering Stores regarding parts kitting for planned works and arranging Area & System Shut-Downs in line with site procedures.
You will have the opportunity to develop knowledge of utilities system interdependencies and identify potential downtime. Additionally, you will participate in utilities reliability programs and report Key Performance Indicators to the Contract Manager.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Educated to trades/diploma/degree level.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance planning, execution, and administration of utility and/or process equipment.
* Strong customer focus, good interpersonal skills, and a flexible approach.
* Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
* A proven track record in implementing maintenance improvement processes.
