About the Role:
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic kitchen team in Dublin.
* Stock management and inventory control
* Brief understanding of culinary artistic direction
* Quality assurance and responsibility for mise en place, hygiene, and safety procedures
* Management of the service and pass
* Familiarity with kitchen basics and techniques, ability to reproduce recipes, and knowledge of fresh pasta
* Training junior team members and onboarding
