The role is also to promote Positive Behaviour Support across the organization through the quality checking and improvement planning of Personal Plans.This Will Include The Following On a Day-to-day BasisLive our Mission, Vision and Values.Manage an individual caseload.Travel to different locations as required.Complete Functional Assessments as required.Develop Multi-Element Behaviour Support Plans (MEBSPs) in collaboration with relevant othersOversee the implementation and monitoring of each MEBSPAssist and collaborate with relevant others to integrate recommendations to individual Personal Plans.Provide training to front-line staffEnsure that all MEBSPs are of the highest quality and are compliant with all regulatory standards.To ensure an ongoing focus on continued education in relation to professional accreditation and professional development.Engage in individual and peer and group clinical supervision.Work collaboratively as part of a nationwide Multi-Disciplinary TeamContribute to service development under a Positive Behaviour Support framework.Skills RequirementEssential criteriaQualificationsPsychology Degree or equivalentMSc ABA or equivalentBCBA preferred but not essentialExperienceTwo to three years minimum experience (post masters) within a similar role or health / social care setting as a behaviour specialist.Knowledge And SkillsKnowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the area.Strong leadership skills.Strong problem-solving skills and judgementMaking critical decisions and recommendations.Capable of working within a fast-paced and flexible team.Good listener and open to learning from others.Excellent organisational skills / self-motivation / self-starter.Excellent verbal and written communication and IT skills.Dedicated, reliable and flexible approach to work.Demonstrated history of caseload managementOther RequirementsFull, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel across sites.DesirableWorking towards PSI chartership (supports for this available within the role under our supervision programme)Member of Irish society of Behaviour AnalysisExperience in risk management and reducing restrictive practicesBenefitsWork within an established team that is continuing to grow.Company PensionContinuous Professional DevelopmentContribute to service development.Opportunities to undertake research and contribute to professional conferences.Fantastic development & career opportunitiesLife Assurance/Death-in-ServicePaid Maternity/Paternity LeaveEducation AssistanceEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)Nua1
