You will offer excellent service which will promote Royal London Ireland as their provider of choice for protection products and ensure that the relationship they have with Royal London Ireland is developed and strengthened.
You will support our brokers and Sales team by making regular, proactive contact to a panel of brokers to ensure they have accurate and up to date information with all requests actioned in a timely fashion.
The team's primary function is to provide excellent, efficient, and professional service to our brokers.
Alongside that is development of strong broker relationships to complement the work of our Broker Consultants and engender a level of trust that highlights the service we offer
Key responsibilities Develop broker relationships to offer excellent service which will promote Royal London as their provider of choice for protection products.Provide administrative support for and on behalf of the Sales Team.Deliver excellent customer service when dealing with varied and complex enquiries from Brokers and policyholders.Efficiently and effectively process policy documentation and underwriting requirements.Adhere to Treating Customers Fairly principles, the Consumer Protection Code and Royal London values.Criteria High level of accuracy.Courteous, professional telephone manner, offering a high level of customer service.Excellent communication and relationship building skills.Ability to meet deadlines/ SLAs and manage pressure/ priorities.APA or QFA qualified.
