Do you like taking projects from concept to completion? Yes This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in the early construction stages of a large-scale development and play an important role in crucial stages of the project lifecycle.
As a Senior Site Manager, you will: Guide your site team throughout the project lifecycle Liaise with clients and professional staff to report progress Prepare site reports, designs, and drawings for architects and professional staff Ensure all HSEQ, and other on-site policies and procedures are correctly followed Key requirements: Extensive experience with a building or main contractor Experience working on projects with a value of €20m+ Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft packages, as well as industry-specific software.
