Responsibilities:
* Set and maintain high standards for store performance, visual presentation, and merchandising to ensure an engaging customer experience.
* Ensure every customer interaction is exceptional, fostering a strong culture of service.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations, including HACCP requirements.
* Lead, support, and develop your team through ongoing training, feedback, and clear performance expectations.
* Regularly analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Assign roles based on team members' strengths and experience to support efficient daily operations.
* Manage stock levels, oversee inventory, and take ownership of budgets, cost control, and P&L responsibilities.
* Drive store targets through strategic workforce planning and resource management.
* Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on shared goals.
Skills and Experience:
* At least 5 years' experience managing teams of 10 or more in retail.
* Proven leadership, motivation, and team development skills.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience analyzing sales and improving performance.
* Experience in rota planning and resource management.
* Excellent customer service delivery skills.
* Decisive, confident decision-making in fast-paced settings.
* Familiarity with Planograms and their implementation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
