Our client, a respected international organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking a confident and collaborative
HR Business Partner
to join their Dublin team on a
contract basis

What you'll be doing:
* Partner & Advise
– Provide trusted HR guidance, coach leaders, and build management capability.
* Resourcing & Selection
– Deliver quality hires, embed D&I, support retention, and enable workforce planning.
* Talent & Growth
– Support succession planning, career development, and leadership capability building.
* Learning & Development
– Assess and drive training needs, management development, and career pathways.
* Employee Relations
– Foster a positive ER environment, anticipate issues, and advise managers.
* Performance & Reward
– Oversee appraisal processes and partner with C&B to deliver competitive packages.
* Projects & Change
– Contribute to global initiatives across policy, systems, and organisational change.
What they value:
* Strong HR Business Partnering experience (3+ years).
* Financial services or international/matrix experience (desirable, not essential).
* Excellent stakeholder management, consulting skills, and commercial acumen.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong project management skills.
* Relevant HR/Business degree or qualification.
