Senior Lead, Revenue Operations
We're looking for an experienced and skilled individual to lead our revenue growth team.
This role requires a deep understanding of sales compensation strategies, quota planning, and team leadership. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable sales compensation plans that drive revenue growth, talent retention, and a high-performance sales culture.
* Sales Compensation Strategy & Design: Develop and execute long-term, scalable sales compensation strategies that align with business goals, driving revenue growth and talent retention through innovative and performance-based incentive programs.
* Quota Setting & Management: Lead the quota planning process across all revenue segments, balancing ambitious targets with achievable goals to drive performance and motivation.
* Team Leadership & Development: Hire, coach, and develop a team of professionals, empowering them to deliver exceptional results and grow in their roles.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, revenue leadership, HR, and other key stakeholders to align compensation plans with company-wide strategy and ensure seamless execution.
* Strategic Insights & Reporting: Continuously monitor and analyze compensation plan effectiveness, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders through quarterly reviews to ensure alignment with evolving business goals, market trends, and competitive landscape.
* Plan Communication & Change Management: Design and execute communication strategies to ensure sales teams understand their compensation plans, driving clarity, transparency, and trust.
* Platform & Systems Ownership: Manage and optimize our compensation platform and administration processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless integration with our broader RevOps tech stack.
