Sous Chef Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Kerry, Ireland.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Executive Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences across all food departments and offerings.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising and mentoring kitchen staff
* Fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role within a culinary environment
* Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
* In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, food preparation techniques, and modern plating styles
* Strong understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP)
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
