Renewable Energy Director - Dublin (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
* Lead origination and business development activities across the renewable energy sector.
* Oversee M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side, including deal structuring and negotiation.
* Advise clients on M&A strategy and deal planning, coordinating advisors to maximise value.
* Guide financial model reviews, applying deep understanding of project finance and DCF modelling.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering excellence and professional growth.
About You
* Commercially driven Renewable Energy Director with a strong track record in the Irish renewable M&A market.
* A recognised financial qualification and significant post‑qualification experience.
* In‑depth knowledge of the renewable energy sector, including deal execution and valuation.
* Proven experience leading M&A transactions end‑to‑end, with expertise in project financing and structuring.
* Strong business development capability and established client network in Ireland.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
