Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in Cork. The Salesperson will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, generate quotations, and close sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, managing product displays, and assisting with inventory management. The individual in this role will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service and contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs
* Sales and negotiation skills to confidently close deals and manage customer relationships
* Organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate records and manage inventory
* Knowledge or a keen interest in heating, plumbing, bathrooms, or tiles industry is a plus
* Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative retail environment
* Basic computer literacy to handle invoicing, quotations, and sales records
* Previous retail or sales experience in a relevant field is an advantage
